My buddy has been coming to Ronnie for some time now, and after a failed relationship with my previous mechanic I figured I'd try Universal. My previous mechanic performed a motor swap on my truck and after taking 6 weeks, my truck broke down on the way home from his shop on the Turnpike. Negligence? Sabotage? Who knows, I had no more faith in this guy. I had to call a tow as my truck failed as I was driving. I'm a car guy, and after calling this other mechanic he was little to no use and didn't want to help, told me to bring it back but at that point I was less than trusting. I was not disappointed by Ronnie, he diagnosed the problem that my other mechanic overlooked or did deliberately. On The second day Ronnie had the truck, all was fixed and the truck runs great. I recommend this place after only one quick interaction.
